This policy covers WSA Signal, an internal business application operated by Pelletier Enterprises Inc., doing business as Wireless Solutions & Accessories ("WSA"). It does not cover the WSA public website or stores, which have their own privacy policy.
With WSA's authorization, WSA Signal reads WSA's own business accounting data from QuickBooks Online, such as account balances and profit and loss reports, and WSA's own sales data from its point of sale system. It does not collect information from website visitors or the public.
The information is used only to produce internal financial reports and dashboards for WSA owners. It is not used for advertising or marketing.
WSA does not sell or rent this information. It is shared only with WSA's own owners, its accountant, or as required by law.
Data is stored on a computer controlled by WSA. Access requires authenticated sign in, and connection credentials are kept on that computer and never published. Data in transit uses encrypted connections.
Information is kept as long as WSA needs it for business records. Disconnecting WSA Signal from QuickBooks Online stops any further access immediately.
