WSA Signal: End-User License Agreement

Effective October 7, 2026

1. What WSA Signal is

WSA Signal is an internal business application owned and operated by Pelletier Enterprises Inc., doing business as Wireless Solutions & Accessories ("WSA"). It is built for WSA's own financial reporting and is not offered, sold, or licensed to the public.

2. Who may use it

Use is limited to WSA owners and staff who have been given access by WSA. Access is personal and may be removed at any time.

3. QuickBooks connection

WSA Signal connects to WSA's own QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's API to read accounting information, such as account balances and profit and loss reports, for internal reporting. The connection can be ended at any time from within QuickBooks Online or from WSA Signal.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not share access, copy the application, or use it for any purpose other than WSA business.

5. No warranty

WSA Signal is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. WSA is not liable for decisions made using information shown in the application; QuickBooks Online remains the official record.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
